2. How do I obtain a payoff amount?
Please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 925-3612 to obtain your payoff amount. By selecting the payoff option, you will be provided with a 10-day payoff amount. In addition, Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 10 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Eastern Time.

For accounts enrolled in our Automatic Payment Program, your final payment will be debited on your final payment date. If you do not want your final payment made via the Automated Payment Program, please contact us to cancel your enrollment at least 7 days in advance of your due date.
