The Reconditioning Associate works as part of a reconditioning team in a "straight line" flow system. This team based system requires associates to produce vehicles in a "straight line" flow, with each associate completing a set of standardized activities. While supervising Auto Technicians, the Technician Production Manager will maintain production technician efficiency levels to meet guidelines, maintain reconditioning costs for all mechanical repairs, achieve all weekly CQI/VQI production goals, and maintain technician quality at or above company standards.
