* Loading vehicles onto a company-supplied asset (flatbed or hydraulic trailer) & properly securing for transport.

A Management Assistant's primary responsibility is to perform his or her duties in a way that exceeds the expectations of internal and external customers. The CarMax Satellite Operations Manager is responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the CarMax Satellite Service Operations activities through his/her direct reports, including Inventory Associates, Service Consultants, Service Administrator, and Parts Associates. ¿      Ensures the control of the movement of vehicles to and from off lot vendors and ensures that sub let vendor invoices are correct and are handled expeditiously.
¿      Maintains the proper integrity of the physical layout of reconditioning zones.
¿      Supervise the daily activities of the Cosmetic Supervisor.
¿      Perform duties of Operations Manager in his/her absence.
