Refunds FAQ

My account is paid in full, and I should be receiving a refund. When should I expect to receive it?

If your final payment is in non-certified funds, like a check from a personal, escrow, or business account, the release of your refund may take up to 4-6 weeks. Note: Make sure we have your current address information.
