1. I recently moved or have a new phone number. What do I need to do to update my contact information?
You can update your contact information online by registering with MyCarMax. By clicking the profile link on your CarMax Auto Finance account overview page, you’ll be able to update your contact information.

2. I have married/divorced and need to have my name changed on my account. What steps do I take to have my name changed?
