I love my 2008 Altima- Everyone needs one!,

"This is my second Altima, as my first one was a 2004 2.5S, pearl white with sunroof. I've had this Altima for 3 months now and this 2008 is a dramatic difference from my 2004. First, the trunk now is huge and easily accomadated luggage for 4, plus scuba diving gear, plus the other goodies collected at Christmas time when visiting family. And I couldn't even fit my double stroller(seat in front of eachother)in the trunk of my 2004, because the stroller was too long. Why couldn't this remake on the trunk space been done sooner??!! Secondly, the comfort of the seat cushions is ridiculously crazy comfortable. My mother and I drove an 8 hour trip roundway, and by the trip back home we were in desperate need of back massages, and heat pads, etc. Driving over 2 hours in any direction was bad. But on our 9 hour+ trip a couple of months back, the ride in the 2008 was wonderful!! Drivers seat, passanger seat, whatever seat. The CVT transmission was absolutely new for me and I was apprehensive, because I've had a few lemons, transmission being one encountered problem already. But this is wonderful. You feel it out about how you need to drive this car. I thought too that having to floor it to get out of a sticky situation would be difficult with this transmission, but it's not. Feel out the car and you'll get it. This transmission is quiet and smooth, but if you are looking for pressing the gas and feeling your front car end jump up, you won't get it on this transmission. I did with my 2004 though. :) Though this car is just a 2.5S 4 cyclinder, it has plenty of power when needed. I was also apprehensive about the push button key, and have had no problem with it. I never had one problem with my 2004 and expect that I won't now. This car is absolutely wonderful, smooth, powerful, sleek, quiet. There are not enough words to praise this car, as I have just a base model and I love it! And the gas Milage!! We drove 9 hours straight one way and only filled our gas tank once because we were 40 miles short of our destination on a full tank!!!! Enough said!!!! I love you Nissan, thank you!!! Go get one!!"
