A four-door Corvette,

"I have owned everything from a 1945 Willy's to a 600 hp Super Late Model Stock Car, and when it came time to buy a four-door American (Ok,Australian GM) car with a real trunk, big back seat, rear-wheel drive and enough HP to make it entertaining, the list was short, but the choice clear: A G8 GT. For the money, you can't beat this car. Build quality is excellent as the Australians don't tolerate bad cars. Interior plastics could be better, but hey, it's $40,000 cheaper than an M5 and nearly as fast. It sits on the road beautifully and drives much "smaller" than it is. Excellent power and amenities, plus you can put 5 people in with luggage with no issues. I regularly get 20+ mpg, and 360+ hp with that unmistakable American V8 growl makes this one fun car to drive. Highly recommended, and hard to touch performance and value for the price. Yes, they only made it for two years, but Chevy has a future for this car, so parts will be around for a long time."
