A Management Assistant's primary responsibility is to perform his or her duties in a way that exceeds the expectations of internal and external customers. As a member of the CarMax team, the Management Assistant's goal is to assist store management in creating both a superior customer shopping experience for our external customers & providing a superior work environment for our employees. Position requires above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for Windows and the ability to learn new software applications or databases as they are introduced. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment. The CarMax Satellite Service Manager is responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the CarMax Satellite Service Operations activities through his/her direct reports, including Inventory Associates, Service Consultants, Service Administrator, and Parts Associates.
