CarMax is currently hiring Sales Consultants for all stores! Sales Consultants work directly with our customers to help them find and purchase vehicles. Like any commissioned Associate, Sales Consultants determine their own income, which may vary from month to month. But because they make the same commission no matter which car they sell, they can concentrate on helping their customers find the right car.
