The Sport, Altitude, and Latitude of the 2018 model come equipped with the 1.4L turbocharged MultiAir engine delivering 160 horsepower paired with the six-speed manual transmission. The 180-horsepower 2.4L MultiAir engine and responsive nine-speed automatic transmission appear on the Limited, Trailhawk, and Upland trims. Front-wheel drive or four-wheel drive capability can be found on the Sport, Altitude, Latitude, and Limited. The Trailhawk and the Upland only offer four-wheel drive.
Jeep Renegade Trims (2018 model):
Sport - The entry-level Sport includes a six-speed manual transmission, 1.4L turbocharged engine, 16-inch steel wheels, and cloth seats.
Latitude - Find popular extras including automatic climate control, Apple CarPlay, and an automatic transmission.

Years in Review
The first production year for the Jeep Renegade introduced the capable small SUV to the market. Fans of the Jeep brand were welcomed by its familiar grille, circle headlights, and upright design. True off-road capability, a large liftgate, and plenty of fun are included.
The second year brought a variety of tech-friendly updates to the 2016 Jeep Renegade. You will find USB ports, carpeted floors in the front and back, and an available BeatsAudio™ premium sound system on the Limited trim. This is the first year the Keyless Enter N'Go is offered using a proximity key to unlock the door and start the engine.
The 2017 Jeep Renegade saw no major updates compared to the 2016 model.
The 2018 Jeep Renegade delivered more tech into your hands making Bluetooth connectivity, the five-inch touchscreen, and a rearview camera standard on every trim.
What is New for 2019?
While we don’t yet sell these at CarMax, the 2019 Jeep Renegade includes refreshed styling for the fascia, redesigned wheels, and a more polished dash along with a new engine option. The new 1.3L turbo replaces the retired 1.4L MultiAir and brings an additional 17 horsepower to the table. The new year also brings driver assist features such as adaptive cruise control and blind spot detection.
