Great vehicle... Bought it due to the all wheel drive capabilities. Nice SUV!

Overall we are very satisfied with the quality and performance with our 2007 Acura MDX. With 32,000 miles everything works great and the wormanship seems to be worth the price of admission. Though this car costs a good bit, we hope the Acura/Honda name stands up to its reputation and we will be able to keep this car for MANY years to come.
If I HAD to choose one negative of the MDX it would be the cars acceleration. With 300 HP I would expect more "ooomph". But, its still fast enough.

If you want a reliable car for hauling family around, that's great to drive, this is it.
The Acura MDX, which entered the market in 2001, was designed to address the need for a high-performance people-mover with an abundance of luxury features. Although the MDX replaced Acura’s SLX, its build was actually based on the popular Honda Pilot. In true Acura style, this newly-developed SUV was infused with the highest-quality comfort and performance features available.
There are an endless amount of cars, crossovers, and trucks in the used vehicle market—and for families seeking a combination of utility and style, few vehicles address these needs better than the used Acura MDX and used Jeep Grand Cherokee. They’re among our top 10 SUVs of 2016, and both are equipped with all the fixings that make for a comfortable drive on the road. They can both be easily loaded up with plenty of cargo, and they’re both available with all-wheel or four-wheel drive.
When the best features of both SUVs and wagons were incorporated into a single vehicle — the crossover — the automobile industry was revolutionized. Crossovers have the ample storage space and off-road capability of SUVs, plus the added practicality and drivability of a wagon. What’s not to love about a crossover?
Vehicles with third-row seating have plenty of features for nearly every type of driver. For families that need a great family-friendly vehicle, SUVs, crossovers, and minivans with third-row seats give passengers roomy interiors and still have enough power to haul plenty of vacation equipment or moving supplies.
