I purchased my RSX with 12 miles on it. After 12 years and 217,000 miles it is still going strong. Both the interior and exterior have held up exceptionally well. It is a fun and reliable car. I recently passed this car onto another family member who is in love with the car. It has plenty of power for daily driving with great fuel economy. Even with high miles, the car is still getting 35 MPG on the highway.
It has a sport shift that makes it fun to drive when you want to shift without the hassle of a clutch. The sunroof is also awesome. The vehicle looks small on the outside but has plenty of room on the inside.
2003 Acura RSXLaurie S - Baltimore, MD08/24/2015
I got this car in January 2006 at the age of 16 and I am now 26. In the 9 1/2 years that I've been driving this car, it hasn't once given me a problem. I honestly can't imagine ever finding a better car after this one's life runs out, and my heart will be broken when that day comes. One of the reviewers claimed that this car handles poorly on wet roads, but I disagree. I'd have to say that was either driver error or the quality of the tires. I've driven this car in the snow plenty of times with no issues either. It's a shame Acura discontinued the RSX after 2006. If you're looking to buy one, do it! There's not many of them left now.
Ever since the day that I bought this car, I have never had a complaint. Maintenance has been easy with only preventative services needed, no mechanical problems at all. I love the way that the car drives, it sticks to the road well, has plenty of pick-up, and the six-speed transmission is an added bonus. The inside and outside build quality of the car is impeccable, my car is nearing 6 years old and still no problems. With this car you can still have fun driving, not have to feel like you are constricted all the time, and still get great mileage. I routinely get 29-32-mpg. Hope that this information will encourage you to try out one of these great cars!
The Acura MDX, which entered the market in 2001, was designed to address the need for a high-performance people-mover with an abundance of luxury features. Although the MDX replaced Acura’s SLX, its build was actually based on the popular Honda Pilot. In true Acura style, this newly-developed SUV was infused with the highest-quality comfort and performance features available.
If you’re conducting used car research to find a deal on pre-owned luxury vehicles, it only makes sense to learn about the Acura TL—a car with touring luxury actually built into its name. The Acura TL is a mid-sized luxury car that succeeded the Acura Vigor and was produced between 1996 and 2014. While the first-generation Acura TL (1996 to 1998) was manufactured in Japan, production soon shifted to the Honda plant in Marysville, Ohio.
