This is an Audi A6 with a CVT transmission, not a quattro. There is a big difference between these two trannys. The CVT is noiser, and more quirky. It doesn't feel at all like normal FWD or quattro transmissions. It's disconcerting to drive this car with this tranny. While the CVT does get good gas mileage, the "feeling" is not one of confidence. The tranny sometimes slams into gear, almost like it's slipping. Without a torque converter, the car is almost too quick off the line, especially in turns and corners. I would not recommend a CVT tranny to anyone buying a car.

I have had my 2007 Audi A6 for a few years now and I am completed satisfied! Drives great with plenty of power! If you have not had AWD before, the feel is much more stable than what you might be used to. I have had a BMW and Mercedes prior, and in comparison, my Audi is a much better vehicle overall.

2013 Audi A6G H - Rockwall, TX12/15/2015
I owned this car for less than a month and drove it three times putting just 210 miles after I purchased it used with 29,000 miles; it still has10 mo / 20,000 MFG warranty remaining on it. On my third trip going back to the Dealership to pickup my license plate, I got an EPC error light with an engine icon displayed on the dashboard; the car went from 70mph to 0 in less that three minutes, giving me enough time to exit and barely made it to a Seven 11 gas station where it died just as I pulled into a parking spot. It will not start when pressing the start button, it cranks but failed to start. I had it towed to the Dealership and it is still there after three days, they said that there are several issues, crank sensor, catalytic con.. etc,
