Customer Review Summary for Audi TT
fun for daily drive
2008 Audi TTSteve - Riverside, CA07/12/2014
Except for maintenance costs associated with putting a lot of mileage on this car and keep changing wearable parts, the car is enjoyable for your daily drive. You may have to change the blow-off valve later on for the 1st gen TFSI engine. The stock 18" wheels have 9" width so you can put up to 275/35/18 for extra grip and some handling loss.
Awesome Sports Car!
2009 Audi TTTeeTee - Los Angeles, CA04/05/2011
Love this car! I'd wanted it long before I bought it, and I am not disappointed. Besides its gorgeous looks (and it is stunning!), it handles like a true sports car: 3.2L engine, six cylinders... and it has the sports option (which I don't use, but my racecar-driving friend used once and GOLLY, this car is FAST).
It's a little difficult to get out of the car, but that's because I'm old and feeble. The car sits very low to the ground, so I have to launch myself from it (usually successfully). There is very little storage room in the interior (only two seats, and no real console storage), but the trunk is good-sized.
The car gets very low gas mileage, so it's a fortune to fill up these days (with premium gas at $4+). It's got a ten-gallon tank, so I'm at the pump quite a bit. But it's well worth it, as I tool around with the top down.
I'd definitely buy this car all over again, and I love the Audi. It's so solid... I'm sure I'm not maximizing its performance, but it's fun to know I could!
2012 Audi TTGow M - Los Angeles, CA07/05/2015
If you want a V8 R8 but don't want to spend $120k, this is the car to get. It gives you super car performance and handling for luxury car money. Try to get one with Sport Exhaust (unfortunately mine doesn't) and it sounds glorious.
There are cars that do the job, and there are cars that get the job done with style. The Cadillac CTS and Audi A6 are two examples of the latter. They’re the kind of cars you can treat yourself to as a reward for hard work, or perhaps as an indulgence. If you’re fortunate to shop for a car like this, it can be mighty hard to choose between the two. Here’s a CarMax comparison to help, whether you’re searching for a used Audi or a used Cadillac for sale.
This sports car buying guide has 18 different sports cars for shoppers who want a little more driving excitement in their lives. There’s something for everyone here, from zippy four-cylinder convertibles to monstrous, 500-horsepower-plus sports cars that really push you back in their driver’s seats!
Lots of eager shoppers may be surprised to know that many of the features found on some of the latest 2018 vehicles are already available on newer used cars. Here’s a breakdown of some of these cool features.
Luxury cars come in all shapes and sizes, but they are all expected to look good and perform well. One advantage of buying a used luxury car is that you get the luxury look-and-feel that you want at a more affordable price.
Henry Ford once famously told customers that his Model T came in any color they wanted, so long as that color was black. That was over 100 years ago. Today, the vehicles available to us come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, with a profusion of available options and features. Whether you're shopping for a quality used vehicle, or you want to take the plunge with a new car, 2017 is a great time to see what's available.
