Used 2008 BMW 135 I for Sale
Reviews for 2008 BMW 135
Outstanding car. 300hp twin turbo provides great acceleration. No noticeable turbo lag. Car handles well. Good mileage. Back seat tight but it's really a 2 person sports car. Plenty of trunk room with top down. Much more than if it had a hard top. This model had some problems with fuel pump but a recall resolved that and pump now guaranteed for 100,000 miles so a non issue. Great car if you like high performance sports car convertibles. It can't be beat!
BMW 135i Convertible
I bought this car in June 2013. I love the feel of this car! It has wonderful power (300hp twin turbo) and is fun to drive. It literally purrs. No joke. I have red leather interior, which I love so much more than the leatherette that was in my previous 06 325i. The convertible is fantastic and the AC is cold but somewhat difficult to get vents aimed at the driver. The lower vents for your legs are very nice. On the negative side-my mpg is 16 mpg city (which I primarily drive) and about 24.5 hwy. The trunk is about 1/2 the size of my 325i. I had to have a front tire (run flat) replaced literally 24hr after I bought the car; it could not be repaired $357), and about 5 days before my CarMax 30 day warranty went out, I had to have a turbo bypass valve replaced ($407), however CarMax covered all of it without issue. Even with those issues, I still LOVE this car! I should say it had about 48k miles when I bought it. Just get the extended warranty, which I got simply because its convertible. I definitely love this car more than my 06 325i and I found I actually prefer the smaller coupe.
Best of both worlds
This car has what I wanted a luxury and sport car. Rides so smooth. Has perfect reaction when I press the as pedal and you cant feel when it shifts. The Red interior gets compliments everywhere I go. One of the best twin turbo engines out there.
