6th BMW I've owned. Also both the newest model year I've bought (2y/o at time of purchase) as well as the first 4-cylinder. Didn't realize that until after I bought it, as it's quicker & faster than the 09 six-cylinder 328i I still own! Love the exterior lines & interior updates. Has a light car feel (like a Lexus), but somehow that traditional "bolted to the road" BMW handling at the same time. Gas mileage is great. Interior just beautiful. Love the updated software & dash screen/functions. A true 3-Series with everything that makes it a BMW. What I did NOT like, and fortunately was able to disable quickly & easily, was the Efficiency Mode that shuts off the engine while stopped. Too weird for me. Otherwise, love this car!
This car has been excellent in the few months that we've owned it. This is our first BMW and has us considering BMWs for future car choices already. The drive and feel are what make this car great, along with the very sleek styling (black exterior, black interior in our case). The technology and infotainment system are easy enough to use and don't seem as outdated as we expected from a 2011 vehicle. We do not have children and seldom have anyone else ride with us, but the backseat does seem a bit tight for multiple passengers as once. Overall, we've enjoyed driving this car immensely since our purchase. even my wife, who is not a car person, has commented on how much she likes driving the car.
This is my second BMW, and I am even more impressed. This car is solid and well built, handles amazingly, has great power and is fun to drive. It's also a great looking car. I've owned this car for about six months and put about 10,000 miles on it. My only complaint is with the voice recognition system - it's pretty bad. It rarely understands commands the first time, (or second or third). It needs a Siri.
