The N54 engine is amazing, I already put a JB4 tune, cat less down pipe, and muffler delete. Car will beat stock m3's and M4's. Currently is fast let off the line than my e60 M5. Great car overall especially for being a single turbo 4. The heated steering wheel was the best little feature I noticed. Ha.
Terrible fuel economy. 6 speed auto is awful.

The 6 speed automatic on this model is not very good. The engine revs up ridiculously high before switching gears, which only worsens the already terrible fuel economy. I'm only averaging 17.5mpg COMINED city/highway. I'd expect that from something like an M6, but not a lowly 328i. If looking for a 328 I HIGHLY recommend a newer model that has an 8 speed automatic. I can't stress enough the awful fuel economy of this vehicle. If I could sell it back for near what I paid I would and buy a newer model instead.

The BMW 328 not only looks great but handles wonderfully. Everything about it is thoughtfully designed. The one small thing I do not like about it is the placement of the cup holders. It's not a deal breaker though. This is, hands down, the most fun car I have ever driven.
