Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.556 reviews) Outstanding performance and handling! A rocketship of a ride with the 300HP twin turbos. Slightly bumpy on local streets due to tight sports suspension, which is a minor price to pay for the handling around turns and on open roads. Overall an exceptional drive.

Nothing like a BMW!

My husband and I bought the 2011 BMW 335d and I can't say enough great things about this car. Before our purchase we read consumer reports car guide reviews and looked at multiple car models including Audi, Mercedes, Lexus, Toyota, Honda, and Infiniti. BMW had the best reviews of the models we were interested in and after test driving them I knew the BMW was for me. It just feels like a drivers car and I have never felt any car handle the way the BMW does. It grips the road on turns and in the rain, making me feel very safe no matter the terrain or weather conditions. The 335 is a small BMW but it has plenty of interior room for my husband (who is just a touch over 6 feet tall) even in the back seat. Our 335 is a Diesel and I was honestly worried at first that it would sound like a tractor or emit unpleasant fumes. I am glad to say BMW has put those concerns to rest! Gone are the diesel cars that sounds like a John Deere tractor and reek of fumes! My 335d purrs like a happy lion but that is about it! I am 100% satisfied with my wonderful car and it's performance.

335is Quality and performance

I recommend the 335is. The "is" model has a bit lower stance with M suspension, the 19" 313 wheels are some of the best stock wheels in my opinion, and the 335is has a exhaust that is exclusive to that model only. It has a nice gargle when you let off the throttle and is quite throaty. I wanted a manual transmission but after test driving the dual clutch, the choice was easy. The DCT is very much a manual transmission with a auto option in my opinion. Yes you don't have a clutch that you as the driver regulate but the shifts with the DCT are lightening fast and hit hard. This car may not be a e92 M3 but don't be fooled, its a wolf in sheep's clothing making almost 100ftlbs more torque while in overboost. Do yourself favor and get a 335is.
