I have owed cars made by Hyundai, Lincoln, Nissan, Honda, Toyota and Acura. Nothing comes close! BMW hit the mark with the 535i. Quiet power and outstanding performance. Don't be fooled by the cleverly hidden gadgets. It gives the car sophistication. I learn something new everyday. My car is so awesome. I can't wait to own my next 535i in two years! I bet BMW can improve on perfection.

I've been driving this car for a little over a year and it still excites me. With the upgraded seats it's comfortable for the driver and the passengers alike. There is ample room in the back seat for three ordinarily sized adults.
Performance wise, it's a marvel. It does whatever you ask it to do, depress the accelerator and it goes, it will go as fast as you want it to, and quickly too. It handles like a dream. The ride is smooth and the interior is quiet.
Reviewers said the I-Drive was difficult to learn and operate, nothing is further from the truth. It's intuitive and easy to operate. One complaint I do have is that the back up sensors are slow to activate and most times I have negotiated my way out of a tight parking space before the sensors even start working. Once you have parked and placed the car in park, the sensor does not stop beeping. Even the back up sensor in my Ford works better. That was an expensive option, and I am disappointed that it doesn't work better. All in all this vehicle is top of the line!

After a month of driving it the car is still a winner. I have not had any issues and it has been great fun to drive. I especially like the font seats. I look forward to making a road trip in the car to really test out the seats. Of course, the acceleration and handling are as I expected them to be (very good).
On the downside, I am concerned about the drivers front crash test results. Only achieving three stars leaves me with lingering doubts about the safety of the car for the driver (i.e. me).
