About the BMW 750 Li

Vehicle Summary

Longing to get behind the wheel of a luxury sedan? The full-size BMW 750 Li may be just what you've been dreaming of, offering the indulgent features you crave in a sleek and sophisticated package. Specifically, the 750 Li is the long-wheelbase version of the BMW 7 Series, a full-size luxury sedan that can seat up to five passengers.

Offered during the 7 Series' fifth generation from 2008-2015, the 750 Li is well equipped with a standard 4.8L V8 engine through the 2010 model year. Beginning in 2011, a turbocharged 4.4L V8 engine became standard on this souped-up trim. Looking for a luxury sedan with all-wheel drive? The 750 Li was available with rear- or all-wheel drive beginning with the 2010 model year. Compared to the standard-wheelbase 750, the 750 Li also offers six additional inches of length for a more spacious and comfortable cabin.

On top of its roomy cabin and motivated powertrain, the BMW 750 Li is generously appointed inside and out. While specific features can vary by model year, some common equipment on this trim includes keyless entry and ignition, soft-close doors, leather upholstery, and four-zone climate control for everyone's comfort. Check out a used BMW 750 Li today to see how this elegant sedan can suit your discerning tastes.

Beast! But so smooth!

Best of the Best!

Without question, this is the best car I have ever driven. Car is loaded with every option available. The ride is silky smooth, the acceleration is immediate and the car is so quiet when the windows are closed you'd think the engine was off if it wasn't for the fact that you're moving. I strongly recommend that if you are in the market for an ultra-luxury ato, give the BMW 750Li a close look.

Great drive comes with some quirks

I have previously driven large SUVs, but have always loved the style of BMWs. Finally, I broke down and bought a 2008 750Li. Overall I love the car. The interior/exterior design and features are more than I expected. Considering this is BMW's flagship sedan, I would warn potential buyers of some quirks. (1) The navigation system is such a hassle. It really should be a touch screen! I just use my iPhone. (2) The brakes make noise. I had BMW inspect them and they are nearly new, but the noise sounds awful. I know this sounds really picky, but it is annoying. I contemplated buying a Range Rover and have second thoughts from time to time. Despite its flaws, I do love the car. The 7 series is a beautiful vehicle and does turn heads.
