Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.5 reviews) The 6 speed automatic on this model is not very good. The engine revs up ridiculously high before switching gears, which only worsens the already terrible fuel economy. I'm only averaging 17.5mpg COMINED city/highway. I'd expect that from something like an M6, but not a lowly 328i. If looking for a 328 I HIGHLY recommend a newer model that has an 8 speed automatic. I can't stress enough the awful fuel economy of this vehicle. If I could sell it back for near what I paid I would and buy a newer model instead.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (0 reviews) Bought this cross over car for my wife. Four wheel drive living room on wheels with a roomy hatch. Now those wheels..... Run flat tires sounded like a good idea right? Not so fast my friend. I hit a pot hole on the interstate heading to Norfolk VA. Several days later I noticed a blister on tire and had it checked out. I had two tires that had to be replaced and two cracked rims.... I never even heard of such a thing. Several thousand dollars later, we traded the car in and swapped for a Lexus RX350 and could not be happier. We took a $6k loss on the BMW deal.

Wonderful introduction to BMW engineering

Even though this car is up there in age and mileage its aggressiveness is not diminished. It behaves less like an tool to get you from A to B and more like an extension of your body. When I want to accelerate it leaps. When I want to move through a turn without slowing it eagerly tackles it. The interior is in fantastic condition for a car that has been owned by numerous previous owners and put through its paces.

Terrible fuel economy. 6 speed auto is awful.
