It seems BMW made a change of some sort that has caused havoc to owners in the model years of 2011, 2012, and possibly 2013. I returned the car as I had no faith in the car, but I still have faith in CarMax.

I did not want anything over-sized, just something practical for the family to ride around in. Everyone is comfortable, and I am happy to drive it. I am active and on the go and this has fit my needs perfectly. It has been reliable, and is a sporty yet family friendly car.
