A Couple plus four-Excellent

If I could sum up in a few words how well the Buick Enclave fits my family it be comfortable daily commute. If we are just going to the store for groceries or headed up to Philadelphia to visit family, it is enjoyable. I cant wait to get there and can't wait to leave for home. Either way, we each have our own creature comforts for the road with the navigation, dvd, xm radio and safety onstar system at our disposal. The additional features such as leather interior, sun roof, and heated seats provide a higher level of enjoyment.

Nicely equipped vehicle with a touch of extra trim features that make the car stand out. The room inside is great, with the ride smooth and firm. Not completely sure about the gas mileage, but I wasn't that concern about this when I went looking for a nice SUV. The car has been great overall. A little more "used" than I originally thought, but still okay. Rear window a little hard to see out of, but with the rear view camera, its okay once you get used to it. In short, I would buy it again. Plus, my grandkids love it. Thanks.

It's no Honda, but Very Nice

As an avid Honda owner (over the years have owned 2 Civics, an Accord, and a CR-V), I was a tad hesitant to buy a Buick. Honda's have always been good to us -- they just last forever and run very very well, but we never liked the look of the Pilot or Ridgeline so we decided to look at other makes/models out there. Getting to the point, my wife and I have always admired the look of the Enclave, and with a second baby on the way, we surely would need the extra room and amenities that this vehicle has to offer. Now, I'm not one to write lengthy online reviews of the things I buy, so I'll try to sum this up quickly..... Pros are: tons of space (the third row fold-away seating is great), loaded with options and comfort features, and the vehicle looks and rides very well. As some of our friends have said, "this car is 'sexy'!" Cons: at first it felt very comfy to drive, but in my opinion the seats are somewhat oversized -- they just don't "hug" your body very well (i.e., the seat sides don't flare out enough). I'm not a very big guy (5'8" 170lbs), so I find I slide around a bit on the leather seats when turning. My wife has the same problem and she's very petite. It took me about a month before I found a seating adjustment that I liked and felt comfortable in on long drives. For a large SUV I've also been a little disappointed in its power. It has a bit of "punch" when you floor it, but there's a delayed reaction and not enough power (in my opinion). Other than that my other 2 negative comments are that a) it has poor gas mileage (to be expected for an SUV of this size though), and b) the car had a higher pricetag than what I would have hoped for (but again to be expected for a 'luxury' model like this). Anyway, I guess that about sums it up for me. Overall it's a very nice vehicle to drive and look at. We've had a lot of compliments on it. If you hate minivans but like the space and features they generally have to offer, and want something that looks and drives great, then this is probably a good choice for you.
