I purchased my 2011 Buick Lacrosse from CarMax Feb. 2014 3 weeks after I got it I was in the shop with a loose caliber, now every time I pull out of a parking lot and put the car in drive and go forward I hear a loud clicking noise, I have to know take my car to the Buick dealer to find out what is going on. Love the inside of the car hate the problems I have been having so far. This is the first time I purchased from Car Max and probably will be the last.

I could not ask for a better car. It is very stylish, the color is great, it has great features. I have no complaints I am enjoying riding around in my beautiful Buick Lacrosse.
