After four months of ownership, I still love this car. I was looking for a daily commuter car that's fun to drive, yet won't have horrible gas mileage. The little turbo engine is surprisingly quick, plus it has a manual transmission (the real kind with three pedals!). The factory suspension setting better than most sedans, but in the "GS" mode, handling is fantastic. I plan to do some auto-cross racing in the spring.
I usually don't haul kids, but I can comfortably fit my three kids in the back seat (ages 10, 8, 5) when needed. However, I doubt there would be room for three kids if one was in a car seat.

I'm not a "car person" I generally get cars as gifts and my vote isn't generally involved. Well in this case, it doesn't matter - this car is fantastic. Super responsive - very comfortable and has every amenity, every feature I could have asked for. From small features like adjustable lumbar support, to the larger frivolous features like a sun roof. The leather is so nice.

The Buick Regal GS is a great value for the money. Way sportier than most people would give it credit. You will shock many car owners (including 5.0 Mustang GTs). Recommend a used GS for a young adult looking to buy their first car. Very reliable (mine has 147,000 miles and still going strong) and the supercharged engine makes it a joy to drive. Turn traction control off and you will light up the front tires. Even though
it will go 0-60 in 6.7 seconds and the 1/4 mile in 14 seconds stock it's 4 door body will fly under most cop's attention. The Insurance is rediculously cheap...think about who usually drives a Buick. Take one for a test drive...you will be surprised! It should be easy to find a babied buick that has yet seen its potential.
