Transmission: Automatic Color:Gold Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) This is the 48th car I have owned since I started driving in 1971. It is by far the nicest car I have had to date, and those include BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and other Cadillacs. It's not just one thing in particular about the DTS, it's the entire package. It is powerful, rides extremely well, handles very well, is sublimely comfortable and quiet, and it gets pretty decent fuel economy considering it is a fairly heavy car with a powerful 292 hp V-8 engine. (A recent ride in the country resulted 24 mpg). Genuine wood on the dash, console and steering wheel as well as supple air-conditioned, massaging leather seats are other luxury items that I think are awesome. The Cadillac also has, in my opinion, a presence on the road and history that few other cars can match. It is a car one can be very proud to own, and I also like the fact that it is made right here in the USA! And as far as what you get for the price, the Cadillac is a "bargain" when you consider the price-point of other luxury cars. I am looking forward to many miles of motoring pleasure in my newly acquired Cadillac DTS.

Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) I have owned and driven Cadillacs since 1969. I cannot count the number I have purchased, during this period. I have driven Rolls Royces, Bentleys, and Mercedes Benz. Truly, I believe Cadillac is the standard, by which all other luxury automobiles are compared, including but not limited to what are suppose to be ultra luxury cars. I have driven, one of my law partners, to and from the Mercedes repair shop so many times, I was starting to believe I could claimed him on my income taxes, as professional mileage. But "Big Smooth" will continue to place his funds into "THE IMAGE" ha ha ha.

Wonderful car well kept like new

- Robert Wilfong, 2011 Cadillac DTS

Its a Caddy

My first car was a 1955 Cadillac. The car had been in my family since it was new and I was its 4th owner. That was 1966. I always wanted another one. The car is luxury on wheels. It is powerful and it is beautiful. By today's standards, it probably is a bit of a gas guzzler but I don't think it is. I will be using it mostly for highway driving and usually get 25+ miles per gallon on regular gas. I highly recommend the car to anyone who wants or needs a large car.

Great Motorcar

I was lucky enough to find a 2006 DTS with only 14Kmi on it! This car is "mint" in all respects and is loaded with more gadgetry than I will probably ever need. It was a sad day when I had to finally liquidate my 1998 DeVille. She was a great vehicle with the exception of a design flaw that placed the alternantor in a position where it was subject to extreme heat exposure. So, if you live in the Deep South and like to run your AC while idling in traffic, get ready to replace it! Now, back to the DTS! Great luxury seating, the seats seem to just want to wrap around you and hold you like a nice woman on a clear spring day! (How's that for imagery?) Any way, great luxury/sporty ride (not as air-like as the DeVille), no "dolphining" over bumps like the DV and in my opinion holds the road better and steers better than the DV. Apperance wise, what can I say? Mine is silver with the factory aluminum alloy wheels and in combination with the great hood/grill and the V shaped rear brake light it just announces "I am a Cadillac!" to all who are fortunate enough to view it. I guess you've discerned that yes, I LOVE THIS CAR! It has power to spare and that nice "throaty" sound when you open her up a little. Acceleration can be head - snapping! Be forewarned...! I'd buy another one in a microsecond! Heck, I'd buy 6 of 'em!
