Customer Review Summary for Chevrolet Avalanche 1500
2009 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500Grizzly Bear - Monee, IL04/13/2010
I looked for a while at these. In 2006 I bought a Suburban instead, I still have the Sub with 27,000 mile on it, my wife drives it now. So I retired and bought my wish, the Avalanche and I love it. I have had trucks since 1976 and this is the best one yet. Comfortable, roomey, handles very well and it's everything I need. It also tows my Ranger Z20 very well.
2011 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500Lee Hill - Fort Worth, TX12/05/2015
Flexibility...I can haul, landscaping, drywall, sports equipment and kids. Tough interior and mid gate and removable bed panels are the key to its function. When mid gate is down an 8'-0" long object can be hauled totally enclosed. A 10'-0" long object can be hauled with tail gate down. It spite of any cons this vehicle is the most useful of anything we've ever owned.
