Description: Used 2014 Chevrolet Captiva Sport LTZ for sale - $14,499, 45,550 miles with Leather Seats, Satellite Radio Ready, Sunroof(s), Navigation System, Front Seat Heaters, Auxiliary Audio Input
Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.389 reviews) This is a roomy compact FWD that sits high. Power is adequate and the transmission works very well. The leather seats are VERY firm but soften over time. With the LTZ model practically everything comes with the car and it all works. One surprise though came this summer. When using the AC and driving uphill the engine "pinged". Turns out I had to go to a higher octane because of the "direct injection". For the same reason Top Tier gasoline is strongly recommended. The onboard computer is wildly optimistic for mpg and remaining range. Nonetheless I have gotten 23-28 mpg. I recently drove to Sunriver, Oregon and back to Portland with the AC on the entire trip and got over 28mpg. We like the ride, handling, room, and creature comforts.

Great car

Bought this to replace my 2005 Ford Escape. I wanted something very similar, and this is a close fit. Still sits up higher than a car, not long, easy to drive and maneuver around. Gets decent gas mileage both in town and on the highway. Has great trunk space, and back seats fold down if need be. Very happy with this vehicle.

Great price for this type of car

Pros: Drives smooth. Easy to move around other cars and objects. Somewhat spacious. Gas efficiently is pretty good for a car this size. Con: takes a little time to kick into gear after stopping. Horse power is not that strong for this type of car. Hard to reverse when on a hilly road.
