2008 Chevrolet CobaltCTrost - Gainesville, FL09/17/2010
I absolutely love my Cobalt. I felt that it was a great price for the year and condition the car was in. The only thing I would change about it is that it does not have automatic windows or automatic locks on the doors. It would also be nice to have a key with an automatic lock system in it. The seats are not the most comfortable for long drives but are great for around the town trips. This is the best car I have driven so far and I would recommend it to anyone!
Decent car, over priced
2008 Chevrolet CobaltChris - Sanford, FL04/20/2015
The car fit my lifestyle just fine. Getting me to where I needed to go was no problem. However, as time went on, several things just kept falling apart and it's because the car is made poorly. I will never drive a Chevy again.
Burnt valve at 67k miles!
2008 Chevrolet CobaltNever A Chevy - , 06/26/2013
My wife's Cobalt had vacuum leak that ended up being a burnt valve. The crazy thing is the car only has 67k miles, which is just outside the powertrain warranty. I asked Chevy for some sort of reimbursement since it is ridiculous such a serve thing should happen at such low mileage but they denied me. The machine shop that fixed the cars heads said they have seen this engine come in many times for this repair. Chevy has made a horrible engine in a bad car. The whole car is cheaply made. The windows have been replaced 3 times and there are still 2 that don't work now. I will never own a Chevy again if this is the quality they put out.
