The blue tooth only syncs you phone call, not your actual phone. You will need a cable to plug in your phone to sync music or navigation. The car will only tell you when you're close to empty in gas not how many miles u til empty. The car will not charge your phone if it's in the turned off position. The blind spots are horrible. Back up camera is only a camera no lines. The list goes on. I had a 2009 Mercury mariner premier prior and for way less money my car did way more.
Great car for all seasons!

Great seating comfort. Heated seats and adjustable lumbar support make for a sweet ride. Usable technology include Bluetooth, Sirius radio, and Onstar, Controls on steering wheel add to both convenience and safety while driving. Excellent AC and heating system. Plenty of power and and 30+MPG.

Great ride, handles very well, excellent highway mpg (22-27) and decent city milage (17-20). Seating is very comfortable. Only complaint is not enough rear storage for 4 sets of golf clubs ( but. I'm working on it). I haven't drove it in winter conditions yet but I have confidence it will do nicely.
