this hhr is the most value for the money on the market. i have a 2006 and when i heard gm was discontinuing the line after 2011, i immediately started the search to replace my 2006 saab with another newer hhr. i mostly do highway miles and can set the cruise on 72 and average 30 + mpg. i am 6'2 and have a comfortable ride with easy in and out. the amount of cargo space is what separates this from others in the 30+ mpg class. most of the other options are half the size. GM did put rather cheap looking plastic interior trim in the hhr but that is my only gripe. i have 190,000 on my 06 hhr and look forward to many more miles on both.
Very Happy with my HHR

I love the way it looks and handles. It gets great gas mileage. It's very comfortable. Love the back space, especially that you can make it into a shelf.
A couple of I wishes:
I do wish the storage units in the back were a little deeper, so I could put plastic bottles upright in them.
I wish the arm rests were a little bigger and a couple of passengers thought either the window was too high or seat too low, that it was hard to rest your arm on the window. Doesn't bother me.
Overall, I love my HHR.
