I like this car because it gets good gas mileage. It averages about 26 MPG. I like it because I can haul around items in the back of it.
2007 Chevrolet HHRFreddy - Homewood,IL09/14/2009
I have had my HHR for about two months and here are some of the highs and lows;
>The seating arena is nice and comfy for all passengers.
>The sound system fills the space and has a nice balance and quality.
>The engine has a lot of torque for a four-cylinder(nice raucous hot-rod sound too).
>The cargo space has nice accessibility.
>Controls for the power windows are located in a bad spot, you have to reach around the gearshift to get to them.
>Use caution when jump-starting another vehicle,the fuse panel is located directly next to the electrodes, any arcing from the jump start might damage the fuses(this happened to me)
Overall, this is a good vehicle with good value and I am happy with it. There's enough function in it for the grown up in you and there's enough cool in it for the kid in you.
HHR - Great choice in any economy
2007 Chevrolet HHRDan - Romeoville, IL11/05/2008
I purchased this car in February of 2008 and have put almost 30K miles on it since (it is now November 2008). There have been no major issues with the exception of the Air Conditioning drain tube clogging up. This was easily fixed by the dealer and I was on my way in no time. The gas mileage on this car is awesome! I am in sales, so there is a lot of stop and go driving and leaving my car running for long periods of time outside of my customers. With all of that, I am still getting approx 27 miles per gallon! When I am driving on the highway only, the mileage gets up to 35 or more miles per gallon! Awesome!
This car looks great outside and feels great inside. I am a big man (over 6' tall and approx 240lbs) and I am as comfortable in this car as I would be in an SUV, I love it.
Who needs a bigger crossover or SUV when this car is just as roomy?
This car looks great, performs great, maintenance is very low, and best of all...it won't break the bank.
Henry Ford once famously told customers that his Model T came in any color they wanted, so long as that color was black. That was over 100 years ago. Today, the vehicles available to us come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, with a profusion of available options and features. Whether you're shopping for a quality used vehicle, or you want to take the plunge with a new car, 2017 is a great time to see what's available.
Many drivers who want a best crossover seek out one of the popular vehicles on this list. Why the big deal about a crossover SUV? It’s the solid mix of roomy interior and a smaller size that fits in plenty of parking spaces.
