I have a 2006 Impala LT and it is AWESOME!!! I am only 5'2 and driving a car that size is great. Honestly I would rather drive a big car than a small one any day. My first car was a 94 Ford Taurus so its great. The speed is wonderful as well as the roomy back seat and the trunk is HUGE. The only thing missing from my model is the sunroof which Im sad about but OVERALL very pleased>>>>

The Impala overall is a great car. The trunk space is huge. Great for lugage, boxes, etc. The V6 engine gives ample power up and hills as well when the car is full. The steering is great around curves and turns. Very quiet and smooth ride. The XM radio and Onstar features are a nice addition as well. The only draw back os the cabin space. I'm 6'5" and there's not much leg room. I thought it would be since the car from the outside looks very long and bigger than most 4 door sedans. Other than that it's a great vehicle to take on long trips. I have 23 mpg right now city and about 31 mog highway. About a 13 gallon tank and can take 87 octane gas which definitely helps the wallet.
Chevrolet is perhaps best-known for three vehicles: the Chevrolet Suburban, the Chevrolet Corvette, and the Chevrolet Impala. The Impala is the third-oldest active model in Chevy’s portfolio, and after 10 generations the Impala still stands out with a unique combination of size, style, and luxury. Here are our favorite 10 reasons to buy a used Chevrolet Impala.
These days, car buyers who want an affordable luxury family sedan can choose from plenty of options. If you’re looking for a used car that emphasizes traditional luxury offerings in a big package, then you might want to consider a used Chrysler 300. But if you want a full-sized sedan with sportier intentions, then a used Chevrolet Impala could be your go-to choice. These two all-American car manufacturers have battled for market supremacy since the 1950s, and nearly seven decades later, they each still give shoppers options for a distinct taste of affordable mid-grade luxury—especially with the new 2016 Chrysler 300 and 2016 Chevrolet Impala.
