Great options, the SS is loaded including a 5.3 LS4 V8 giving the Impala better performace power. With the larger engine city gas mileage is less (15 mpg) than the standard V6 but highway mileage is reasonable at 25 mpg. Comfortable ride, roomy, and fun to drive.

These days, car buyers who want an affordable luxury family sedan can choose from plenty of options. But if you want a full-sized sedan with sportier intentions, then a used Chevrolet Impala could be your go-to choice. These two all-American car manufacturers have battled for market supremacy since the 1950s, and nearly seven decades later, they each still give shoppers options for a distinct taste of affordable mid-grade luxury—especially with the new 2016 Chrysler 300 and 2016 Chevrolet Impala.
