2008 Chevrolet ImpalaJeff B - Austin, TX04/23/2016
Great options, the SS is loaded including a 5.3 LS4 V8 giving the Impala better performace power. With the larger engine city gas mileage is less (15 mpg) than the standard V6 but highway mileage is reasonable at 25 mpg. Comfortable ride, roomy, and fun to drive.
I made the right choice. GREAT CAR!
2015 Chevrolet ImpalaPaul Arends - Vernon Hills, IL09/02/2015
I am 6'1" and I am able to get into the car. That is with my neck being fused. Very comfortable. Drivers seat is electric. I am able to adjust the seat up and down. It also has a lumbar support that I can adjust. I have the 3.6 with 300 horse power. No problem with getting onto the tollway. It is a comfortable car.
Great value for a large sedan.
2012 Chevrolet ImpalaG W - Wichita, KS09/05/2016
This is a great full size sedan for those looking for value. This year of the Impala it received the 300 HP 3.6 liter engine borrowed from the Cadillac brand. The transmission was also upgraded to a 6 speed. This gives the car plenty of power while still getting 30 mpg highway. It rides very comfortably. It can hold large car seats in the back and retain more room in the front better than a Camry, Accord, or a Sonata.
Chevrolet is perhaps best-known for three vehicles: the Chevrolet Suburban, the Chevrolet Corvette, and the Chevrolet Impala. The Impala is the third-oldest active model in Chevy’s portfolio, and after 10 generations the Impala still stands out with a unique combination of size, style, and luxury. Here are our favorite 10 reasons to buy a used Chevrolet Impala.
These days, car buyers who want an affordable luxury family sedan can choose from plenty of options. If you’re looking for a used car that emphasizes traditional luxury offerings in a big package, then you might want to consider a used Chrysler 300. But if you want a full-sized sedan with sportier intentions, then a used Chevrolet Impala could be your go-to choice. These two all-American car manufacturers have battled for market supremacy since the 1950s, and nearly seven decades later, they each still give shoppers options for a distinct taste of affordable mid-grade luxury—especially with the new 2016 Chrysler 300 and 2016 Chevrolet Impala.
