Used 2008 automatic Chevrolet Malibu in Dulles, VA
Reviews for 2008 Chevrolet Malibu
I have had compacts for the last several years and have really enjoyed the room and comfort of the Malibu. It rides like a more expensive car. I have the sunroof which is fun in the spring and fall. We get pretty good mileage around town and good mileage on the freeway.
I just love this car.
2008 Malibu LTZ, This car has all the comfort I was looking for in a car this size. The remote start, the heated seats and the 257 horses are just what I wanted. It handles like a dream, the shift paddles were a nice surprise. With the Z trim there are no bells or whistles missing on this Malibu. The pick up from a standing stop is really surprising and torque steer is not as disruptive as I thought it would be on a car of this size. Fuel mileage of course is also very good and is in the same neighborhood if not better as my former car, 2003 Monte Carlo S.S. And it doesnt hurt that it is just a great looking and with the factory 18 wheels there is no need for any thing after market to buy.

I've had this car for 3 months now. I have the V6 with leather & most all of the options. Although it is a nice car, I've been disappointed with it. The steering is very tight, a plus for some people, not for me. Gas mileage is decent; I average 21 mpg, but not nearly as good as I expected, coming from a V8 that averaged 17 mpg. Pick-up is decent but sometimes unpredictable, which makes passing/merging on the freeway irritating. Overall, it's a good car, but I definitely regret getting rid of my V8 Pontiac.
