Reviews for 2011 Chevrolet Malibu

Overall Rating

4.2 out of 5 (20 reviews)

Fun and comfortable car to drive.

This car not only came with lots of extras like heated six way power seats, a tremendous Bose sound system, automatic heat and air conditioning, moon roof, and lots unique storage, this car also is very comfortable to ride in. I bought the model with the V6 and can't believe the power! Even my wife loves to drive the care with lots of power to spare.

Pros

  • Ride and Handling: Comfortable to drive or ride in.
  • Power: plenty of power for quick get-up and go.
  • Interior Space: lots of unique storage

Cons

  • Fuel Economy: does not get great fuel economy at 19 MPG ave.
  • Visibility: limited visibility for backing up and blind spots.
  • Technology and Entertainment: no factory towing package available, On-Star phone app very limited.

Best Decision I Ever Made

For a base model it has everything and anything you could want. It rides extremely smooth and grips the road very well. Easy to drive. Sound system is much better than I anticipated (my last car had all after-market speakers, subwoofers and amplification), heating and A/C are phenomenal.

Pros

  • Fuel Economy: Fantastic Gas Mileage
  • Interior Space: Extremely roomy inside
  • Ride and Handling: Probably the easiest car I've ever driven

2011 Chevrolet Malibu- Awesome buy!

The car is a perfect mid-size sedan for the buyer. It runs very quietly, and it holds up very well. The car has the look and feel of a luxary car, and I love the way it runs!!!

Pros

  • Cabin Noise: The car is INCREDIBLY quiet. You can barely even hear it when it starts. And outside noises are kept to a minimum as well.
  • Styling: This particular model Malibu, in terms of both design and style, feels like it is a luxary car. The interior looks and feels like any higher-end luxary vehicle.
  • Reliability: The car runs well, and is INCREDIBLY reliable.

Cons

  • Ride and Handling: The only con I have with the entire car, is that the handling is a little bit looser than I like it.
