Transmission: Manual 6 Speed Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.618 reviews) If you are looking for a reliable car for a minimal price but still has a lil luxury taste this is the car. I was looking for a reasonable priced car but still had a lil perks to fit my taste. I researched this car before purchasing it and it is in the top of its class! I must admit I viewed other cars but nothing else was compatible with the price and safety of this vehicle. I haven't had my vehicle to long but I must say as of now I am satisfied. I was a little disappointed because when I researched my specific car it had features that were not really included in the car and I informed my sales main how that is misleading to a buyer that has done exclusive research to choose the right car! I pray I feel the same later about the car!

So-So - Wished I had purchased something else.

I wouldn't recommend the car because it is not good in the snow and ice. It also doesn't get the gas mileage it purported to get. Visibility is not as good as it should be and you can feel every bump in the road. I have had numerous problems with it, i.e., brakes (twice), heated seats weren't working, O2 sensor and I have only had it 3 months.

Affordable, Functional and Fun

First off, the Sonic is a fun car. Its small, maneuverable, go-kart-like and very attractive. The seats are quite comfortable, the interior is simple but functional. My little Sonic sips gasoline and its the greatest feature of this vehicle. Comparatively, $20 keeps my Sonic going for a couple weeks with medium/light driving, whereas $20 was a few days with my previous car. That, my friends, really eases the blow of lackluster horsepower. I love my Sonic so very much. It is not a luxury car, but it fits the mold of my busy work/school/errands lifestyle. If youre looking for great gas mileage, fun driving, maneuverability and a nice-looking interior/exterior give the Chevy Sonic a good look!

Bad luck

Hasn't even hit its first tune up yet and has been in the shop 3 times already, twice for the same thing. Car is cheaply made and the electronics are slow, mpg is great but fuel range is terrible. If you want one get a turbo model, the other ones will just let you down.
