Customer Review Summary for Chevrolet Sonic
Never Expected to Love this Car
2015 Chevrolet SonicMichelle D - Charlotte, NC07/25/2016
Never expected to Love this car. My initial pick was a Nissan Sentra. But due to lack on inventory, cost, and time to transfer my preferred vehicle, my sales consultant priced the Chev. Sonic LT for me. It is a great size compared to the Sentra, and I comes equipped with the luxury most cars do not. For the price, gas efficiency, and features it is well worth it.
Perfect for getting around LA
2015 Chevrolet SonicChris M - Los Angeles, CA12/17/2015
This car offers great MPG, small enough to fit in most parking spaces (particularly when parallel parking.. let's face it.. it's a nightmare in LA), and perfect for my daily needs. Most folks waste lots of gas, money, and space by driving around in huge SUVs they don't know how to drive... more folks should be driving smaller cars. It just makes more sense. For the 1-2 times (if even) a year you actually need a larger car for something, just rent it. You'll be doing yourself and the planet a favor. Got the hatchback since it offers more cargo room. My bicycle is pretty big, so it fits (with some maneuvering) as long as the back seats are down and the front seat is pushed up slightly (with the front wheel of the bike off, of course).
Love my car!
2014 Chevrolet SonicJordan Powell - Bahama, NC05/18/2016
I absolutely love this car. It was a HUGE upgrade from my last car (which was a 96'). It is amazinggggg on gas mileage. I can get about 450 miles to a tank; so that's about 35 city and 47-50 highway. There are lots of cup holders and plenty of places to charge stuff. It also has a huge trunk.
The few things I don't like about the car could go either way. I kinda wish I had more backseat space for passengers; but since I travel alone and I'm always on the go, having the large trunk makes up for it. The high beams on this car are not as bright as my car from 1996----which is a little shocking. Lastly, I wish the CD player could hold more than one disc.
All in all, definitely one of the largest purchases I've ever made, but worth it!
Henry Ford once famously told customers that his Model T came in any color they wanted, so long as that color was black. That was over 100 years ago. Today, the vehicles available to us come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, with a profusion of available options and features. Whether you're shopping for a quality used vehicle, or you want to take the plunge with a new car, 2017 is a great time to see what's available.
