Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) Picked up a 2007 Suburban recently and have been pleased with it every since. Cargo room is fantastic, comfort is exceptional, ride quality is great. It only has 29K miles on it so it's too young to have major issues, but all in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I realize that there are die hard Chevy fans and die hard Ford fans. Prior to my purchase, I drove both and found that the Suburban felt more sturdy than the Expedition EL. All around comfort and drivability felt better with the Suburban. Interior features and layout seemed more elegant in the Chevy. I'm not one for fancy, so the Chevy was exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, the LT trimline is quite attractive inside, considering it's the "middle" trimline. My only complaint is the lack of storage compartments in the rear cargo area. Would be nice to have deep bins or something back there built into the sides. In the end, for what I wanted / needed, the Suburban was perfect. The other models I tested did not feel as well built and sturdy as the Suburban. Might just be me, but I think the Suburban is the better choice.

Love our Sub

We are a family of 8 now, and outgrew our minivan when my daughter was born. We definitely needed a bigger car, not just for the seatbelts but the space for strollers, diaper bags, etc. You name, we needed it (with 5 kids under 5) we needed the space for car seats as well. We shopped for months and eventually ruled out minivans all together. Just no space for our 'stuff'. So we started looking bigger, Suburbans, Yukons, etc. We narrowed down to the Sub because of the huge trunk it offers. We decided we liked the 2007 or better body. It has been a blessing thus far for only having it for a month. I have managed to take it on a weekend road trip, the highway gas using E85 is pretty sufficient. City miles it eats up the gas once you get down to the 1/2 tank. We love the ease of all the electronics and the on star that came with it (we activated it). All of our kids are VERY comfortable with more room in the Sub and seem to be much happier. We are getting ready to take the Sub across country from Florida to California with the whole family and pulling a 31' travel trailer. I don't believe I will be disappointed but always ready to expect the unexpected. So far, excellent purchase for us!!

Good truck

Good truck, it fits a 4x8 sheets of sheet rock or plywood if you need to haul that sometimes, It drove pretty well in the sand in 4x4 but I did notice it was running a little hot when conditions were tough though. Pretty roomy and rides smooth with some off road tires.

Suburban....Good value

Excellent car for a family. I have 4 children and this car fits everything and all our "stuff" without having us all cramped in. The engine is excellent, great power, very smooth. Great ride as well. I love this car.
