Transmission: Automatic Color:Tan Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.462 reviews) It drives very smoothly. I wish it had 4 wheel drive though. On Star & XM radio is nice. Very roomy inside. I don't like that what ever I place N the rear compartment slides around. I had to purchase textured flooring & a net to keep stuff still in the back.

Growing on me!

Was use to a smaller car, a Kia Rondo. This car is larger but very well equipped; can't compete with the old Kia. Took time to get use to the larger size. Love the dash layout and the back-up camera. The seats are very comfortable and adjustable. With more time I am sure the old car will be forgotten and this car will be my new favorite. Take one for a test drive and see how it fits you!

Great SUV for both style and perfomance

Great styling both Exterior & Interior. One key that I think is important for all Equinox prospective buyers to check out is the optional V6 putting out 310hp. I test drove the 4 cylinder model, but it seemed sluggish in highway passing power and for times when you that little extra "boost" in town. I also feel that the V6 engine will work less hard and I should be able to put more miles on it versus the 4 cylinder. Not as bad as the old Volkswagen bus that was dangerously under-powered with a 4 cylinder engine, but the V6 won me over the 1st time I drove it. You might have to look around to find one, but it is worth it. We found ours in Ft. Worth, and had it transferred to Kansas City. Great decision!
