I have had to take the car to the garage at least once a month not more for some sort of issue. I only bought it sept 2015! From tires, lights, and a recall! You can not change anything yourself in this car like the oil or a light bulb. Everything is a pain!
Great Family Vehicle

With four kids, we needed something bigger than a small SUV, but my wife and I dreaded the thought of getting a minivan. Larger crossover SUVs like the Traverse looked perfect. We spent a couple of years looking at what was available, and decided the Traverse met our needs the best.
One of my biggest gripes in a crossover versus a minivan is the lack of rear cargo space when all of the seats are up. That said, one benefit of the rear 40-60 bench is that one of the bench seats can be placed up (with two benches this gives us 4 rear seats), while the other two seats can be left down to accommodate more luggage.
It handles like a truck, but I love the extra space and sleek styling.

We bought this car shortly after our twins were born when we realized we couldn't fit us + the dog + the stroller all in a sedan.
We bought the Traverse thinking that we would eventually be using the third row regularly. With the third row up, there's barely room for our double stroller and definitely not room for anything else. We keep the third row down and only use it on occasion when we have friends and family staying with us. With the third row down, we have plenty of space for everything we need to carry.
It's easy to install car seats in most positions in the car (though our car seats won't fit in the outer seats in the third row) and the ride is comfortable, even for our 4+ hour drives we've been making.
Vehicles with third-row seating have plenty of features for nearly every type of driver. For families that need a great family-friendly vehicle, SUVs, crossovers, and minivans with third-row seats give passengers roomy interiors and still have enough power to haul plenty of vacation equipment or moving supplies.
