My three boys and I are so happy to finallly have space to move around. The seats are not tilted back like some of the other newer vans that I've driven. They are comfortable and not small. One of the seats even has it's own built in car seat for my two year old. The doors open automatically so it's really handy when we are in a hurry. We all love the DVD player. I don't think our long trips have ever been so realxing. It's great to know when I'm backing out anywhere the sensor will let me know if there is anyone close by. The only thing I can say that I wish it had was more room. There is no stow-n-go and the space behind the third row is not very big. I have a two-seated stroller and it takes up the entire area (I've driven another van and it had so much more room with the stow-n-go and behind the third row). I really like that It has the table up front that can colapse and it has so many drink holders too. It's really nice to have something so comfy for all of us. Overall it's a really nice van.
Love my Uplander! Here are my favorite things: - carry 7 people plus cargo - able to remove seats if necessary - very comfortable - the VCR is great - the seat heater is a plus - it's big, but not too big - the computer feedback: gas mileage, avg speed, etc. The gas mileage runs 20-23 mpg - could be better, but not too bad, given the creature comforts.
i have a teenager and a toddler and travel alot with competitive soccer with my teenager.. i knew we needed to get something bigger than a car but never thought i wanted to get a minivan... when i saw the uplander and drove it, i knew i foung my car... it drives so smooth and has plenty of space for both kids things that we have to travel with and the dvd player is wonderful for those long trips.. no more lugging the portable dvd player!!!i have no complaints of yet and love the suv look of the uplander... even my 13 year-old loves it...he picked it out and loved that it didn't look like a minivan... good gas mileage.. couldn't imagine driving anything else... well done again chevy!!!
