Customer Review Summary for 2006 Chrysler 300
Ohio Sax - North Carolina05/02/2011
I've had my 300 for Over a month and everyday I am thrilled with the way my car runs, and handles the road.
I recently drove my 300 from NC to Ohio and let me tell you, it was the most comfortable trip I've ever experienced, and I've made the same trip over 50 or 60 times, in a Honda, Ford, Cadillac, and my 300...... the 300 is far superior in handling, performance, and efficiency !!!!!!!!
Chrysler 300 Base

Overall, this car model was a good deal for a base model. This model includes the premium stereo package, V6, cruise, power, etc. Although its not a V8 or HEMI, it has plenty of acceleration for me. Plus, this model (V6) is the most fuel efficient per Chrysler's website. Its roomy interior, excellent sound system, eye-catching exterior design are head turners everywhere I go. The hubcaps were surprising but are starting to grow on me. Still, an alloy or chrome wheel would be best for this class vehicle.
Overall workmanship is "OK." Tis seems to be a Chrysler thing. I checked other 300c's at a local dealer and have read in forums about overall finish quality. For example, the edges of headliner are frayed and do not seal/meet rear or front windshield.
Admittedly, most items are small and no one aside owner will probably notice. I expected more. Let's face it, this car isn't inexpensive and no one wants to pay for "OK" quality on ANYTHING regardless of importance!
I'd still recommend the vehicle. Another plus is that there are many aftermarket parts available for this vehicle!!!

I would have given this car 5 stars all the way across but shortyl after purchasing, it has died on me a half dozen times or so for no apparent reason. It eventually starts back up and goes weeks and does it again?
Chrysler has been making distinctive cars for close to a hundred years now. They’re cleverly-designed vehicles, built for luxury and power—and the Chrysler 300 is the latest in the line of such cars. The 300 is popular with CarMax customers because its comes in lots of variations—all of them eye-catching, and all offering the latest technological goodies.
These days, car buyers who want an affordable luxury family sedan can choose from plenty of options. If you’re looking for a used car that emphasizes traditional luxury offerings in a big package, then you might want to consider a used Chrysler 300. But if you want a full-sized sedan with sportier intentions, then a used Chevrolet Impala could be your go-to choice. These two all-American car manufacturers have battled for market supremacy since the 1950s, and nearly seven decades later, they each still give shoppers options for a distinct taste of affordable mid-grade luxury—especially with the new 2016 Chrysler 300 and 2016 Chevrolet Impala.
Luxury cars come in all shapes and sizes, but they are all expected to look good and perform well. One advantage of buying a used luxury car is that you get the luxury look-and-feel that you want at a more affordable price.
