We purchased the '07 Pacifica in mid-April 2011. I had been looking off and on for a year. Most of the reviews for the vehicle had been positive and it fit the bill for what we needed. I wanted the third row seat option but didn't want to drive a bus. It is the perfect size for the four of us and a dog. I would highly recommend an extended warranty on any used car especially one that has no warranty. Before a long trip, I always have my vehicle checked and serviced. We just got back from a road trip and at the end of the trip I started having what I thought were transmission problems. I took it in and it needed new motor mounts. I was so thankful that we had the extended warranty. Just goes to show that you never know what will happen or when. Overall, the car has been a delight to drive. I have the touring edition that has all the options (leather, sunroof, dvd) except navigation. This is definitely the most luxourious car that I have ever owned. In fact, my husband commented on how much nicer our personal vehicle was than the rental that I had (a suv) while mine was being repaired. If you want extra space without going into a minivan, this vehicle is perfect. I really wish that Chrysler would start making the Pacifica again.
This is a wonderful car! Although, with the current gases prices, its a little pricy......but I still love it!
I've driven just about 6,000 miles in this car. The only complaint I have is Chrysler doesn't know how to make a comfortable armrest. Its been outstanding plenty of power, comfort, fuel mileage, and it tows everything I need it to tow. It's almost to good to be true. I wish I had gotten one of these new. I've made several long trips towing and not towing and I've averaged 22-24 mpg. That to me is great in a vehicle this size. There are many ammenties inside that make it very comfortable on the interior. But sadly the driver and passenger seat both have small armrests attached to them, Well just like are PT Cruiser these armrests are very hard on anything over 30 miles. In reality would I do it again? Sign me up I'll go today. I'd buy another one right now.
