Customer Review Summary for 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser
I love this car!
2006 Chrysler PT CruiserTyrannees - Dallas, TX02/05/2008
I have been a fan of foriegn cars for some time now...and was a SUV owner for the last 3 years. I wanted something affordable, peppy, good on gas, that had alot of storage room. This car is it.
I got a V6 standard PT and I average about 28 miles to the gallon hwy.... about 26 city.
For the money I paid for this car...I couldnt be happier. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for affordability, fun driving, economy, with storage space.
Get the V6, ... not a 4 cylinder. Most people think that they would chew up gas...but for the sportiness it adds...it's worth it. Again,...I get great mpg.

I wanted a PT Cruiser when they first came out, but research at that time was not very positive which made me reluctant to buy one. I recently did research on the later model cruisers which gave rave reviews for the same car I purchased. I can say that I was very happy when I found one with all the features I wanted. The 5 speed manual turbo transmission has shown to be a very peppy vehicle and it is fun to drive and I love the sunroof. I am extremely pleased about my purchase and hope that the remaining life of this car is as good as it is now.
Good car with extra room

I didn't want a sedan and the PT Cruiser is a decent car with that in-between a sedan and a SUV feel. It is easy to drive and not too big, but has room for that impulse furniture buy.
