2006 Chrysler PT CruiserGBoJackson - Chicago, IL06/02/2011
I absolutly love this car. Black with tan interior. I was coming from a 2003 Santa Fe, so you can imagine I was comfortable driving a little bit higher with and SUV. Being in the PT Cruiser, it still gives me that SUV feel behind the wheel. There were other convertables I drove, and all of them made me feel like I was in the seat of an Indy car. With this car, you do sit up a little bit higher.
Also, with the top and windows down, you can still have a conversation with your friend riding shotgun and still be able to hear them.
The only thing I miss about my Santa Fe is the amount that I could fit inside of it. But I would gladly trade being able to move things around for a better overall car.
DO NOT BUY CHRYSLER, ESPECIALLY PT CRUISER
2008 Chrysler PT CruiserP C - Houston, TX04/05/2016
I bought this car for my son and everything went wrong with this car. Here is the list all within 2 years.
1. The rear tail light
2. AC went out
3. Engine stop working had to replace.
4. Transmission stop working (told them to come get it).
I refused to pay a car not and work on this car. I could have bought a fixer upper ride. If I really wanted to work on a car.
Good Car but Overvalued
2008 Chrysler PT Cruiserrcb - Sacramento11/20/2012
I purchased this car through financing at my bank - 4 days into the grace period, I discovered that the car was overvalued, and CarMax refused to negotiate the proper lower price. Suffice to say, I returned the car (after they told my bank that "she can pay the remaining as the down"). NOT pleased with CarMax, but the car was all right.
