Customer Review Summary for Chrysler Town and Country
Great minivan, Great value
2013 Chrysler Town and CountryPaul Bishop - Fishers, IN03/20/2017
We've now had 2 Chrysler Town and Country minivans: a 2001 and a 2013. They've been very reliable and we've loved their features. Our 2013 now has the fold-away rear seats that makes it incredibly easy to configure the interior for different combinations of passengers and cargo. The ULink phone works great. Also love the other electronic features (back-up video screen, outlets, etc.)
2012 Chrysler Town and CountryAlfred Cooper - Mokena, IL10/05/2015
I have previously owned 2 Dodge Grand Caravans and this one is so different. The Dodge's were just a van. The Town & Country actually feels like I am driving a luxury car. BUT!!!!! The Navigation system STINKS. Totally not worth it. I keep my Garmin in the van at all times.
Okay Van for the Price
2016 Chrysler Town and CountryD Rainer - NEWBURY PARK, CA09/19/2016
The entertainment features are great, as are the cargo and interior space but the seats are very uncomfortable for any extended drives. The leg room in the rear seat is practically non-existent except for the middle seat. The pick-up is okay, but not great. The rear AC is not adequate unless you blast it. The back-up camera doesn't have an alert which is fine, but you would think it would come with it. The door locking system is horrible. We've already had issues with one of the side doors and the cover to the gear shift has already fallen off. Just not overly satisfied with the van.
