Used 2010 Dodge Avenger SXT for Sale
Reviews for 2010 Dodge Avenger
I've had my 2010 avenger for almost 3weeks it has been a wonderful smooth ride with that new car feel/smell. My only complaint is that it does have a bit of a blind side so you have to be very careful switching lanes but other than that I like it
After a couple weeks of having this car it has so many issues. It has a collapsed lifter. It drives sluggish with no pick up. It hestates like its going to cutout at stops wheb its rainy out. Th8s by far is the worse car purchase i have ever made. Now im stuck in a loan far above the value of the car.
My First Car
This is my first car. Well I was giving a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo but that's a long story... So I consider this my first car. I went to the dealership with the expectations of getting a different make and model. In offering details of what I'm looking for, my agent promoted a 2010 Dodge Avenger R/T. I read and read on this car, I test drove it, then read more and more on the car. I appreciate the Alloy Wheels, really comfortable leather seating, interior/dome lights, smooth drive and other features. What I would like to see for my vehicle is the optional sunroof, key access for the trunk and (front) passenger door, locked gas door, the back window adornment that obstructs views. The car comes with the uConnect buttons installed in the audio system but for usage, the total system has to be installed at an additional expense. I feel, at least for the R/T model, it should be standard. This would be great for Bluetooth connectivity, voice commands, and wireless music streaming from a portable music player. The audio display should be upgraded; consider a LCD display. I'm not asking for a built-in navigation system, just a more contemporary unit. It has the look of a muscle car, but not quite the pull. The 4-cylinder model just doesn't keep up like I would like it to, not right away. As a resident of the South, I did not look for a vehicle that would have to endure strong winter conditions, but shortly after my acquisition, we [the Avenger & I] were put to the test. Due to my profession, I was asked to endure the snow and ice to report to work. Well we made it in on a number of occasions. In closing, I recommend the 2010 Avenger. With my notations above, this would be the perfect vehicle (for me at least). Because perfection is difficult to reach, I'll take what I have and ride with it.
