My granny actually bought this car in 2012, kept it parked then passed it down to me! I love this car honestly!!! It's girly for me, I have no children so it's quite roomy, AC&Heat is great, and saves gas!!! $25 or $30 once a week maybe two. Only problem is it was passed down with low profile tires, and a messed up alignment! Things that my grandparents did, other than that great car!
As a single woman I wanted a car that would have capacity for storage and look more "mature and stylish" than what I was driving before which was an old Volvo. I love the look of the caliber. I once confused it with a Lexus in a parking lot. I think that is funny but says alot about the sleek styling.
In the Caliber the seat feels high so I feel like I'm riding above the windshield when driving, but the car itself is not too large like a mini-van or SUV. I have had to get used to using a very light touch on the petals because it only takes a little gas to rev it up.
The Dodge Caliber is a great little car. Not too big, not too small. Lots of room, but small enough not to intimidate a big-car phobic like me! It has a nice smooth ride, and I got enough extras to make me feel like I'm driving in style.
